Yup, that is me.  I haven’t been for rent in over two years. As my last post stated my owner received notice of my occupants moving at the end of the year.  This past week has been a busy one.  I am getting a new front lawn… Metro North Landscapes re-graded my front lawn, planted some new Azealas and put down new grass seed. I also got a brand new mailbox out front.

Signs are being printed and should be available later this week. Let me guess what they will say:

I am a 4 bedroom home in Roswell Georgia.  My owner just received notice that my current residents are moving at the end of the year.  I am really disappointed as I have grown attached to them for the last two years.  I realize all good things must end and I am looking forward to my new residents.

I will keep a diary of the activities my owner is doing to get me ready for my new residents.
